Sept 21 LB Arts & Culture Fair & Concert

3rd Councilmember Kristina Duggan, Arts Council of Long Beach and Friends of Rec Park Bandshell is holding a live, Sept. 21, day-of-event Fair & Concert to help promote Long Beach Gives and specifically Long Beach Arts and Culture.  We invite you to participate in this event by either having a 10x10 easy-up booth at our event and/or reserve a spot to play a set of music on the Bandshell stage (for musical groups).  This LB Gives Fair & Concert is free and open to the public.  Booth spaces and music set times are open to and free for all LB Gives Arts and Culture registered groups.

For your 10x10 booth we encourage you to bring information about your organization, giveaways and of course your QR code for donations on the Long Beach Gives website.  We will be announcing and promoting organizations from the Bandshell stage and also hope to be able to livestream the event.  This is a great opportunity to invite and meet your donors face to face while also providing entertainment that represents our talented and diverse community.
 

For musical groups, we have 6 open ~45 min sets available.  Main PA and mixer will be provided.
Event is on Sept 21 from 12 to 6 pm at the Rec Park Bandshell.  Once you submit this form additional information will be sent regarding setup, teardown and other details.
